In our homes, nothing was ever wasted.
Worn saris became quilts, old dupattas became curtains, scraps of fabric were saved and reintroduced into daily life.
This instinct to reuse, to reimagine, to create with has been passed down through generations.

At Ekatran we gather what the fashion industry leaves behind like fabric scraps, deadstock, discarded cloth and give them another life. Not as a compromise, but as pieces of art, each with its own story.
We assemble our canvases through various techniques: patchwork, applique, embroidery and other reconstructions. What emerges is collectibles pieces, while others evolve into recurring signatures.

A Note from the Founder
Ekatran began with a refusal to accept waste as the end of the story.
As someone always drawn to the fragments left behind. I wanted to give them voice, to turn them into wearable canvases where art and memory meet.
For me, imperfection is not something to be hidden, it is where honesty and beauty live. Every piece we create carries the marks of its past life the textures, the memories, the subtle traces of what it once was ; gently reimagined.
Ekatran is at its heart, a personal act of resistance. Each garment is not just clothing, but memory transformed a proof that beauty can be found, again and again.
